sometimes y
sometimes why? because, sometimes i'm, in love
& sometimes i will run; because, sometimes i am dumb
sometimes, sunshine's my, sometimes y
because, sometimes grey skies, clouds my high
& sometimes sunshine's my alibi
i'm saying, you're sunshine, & i'm some guy
writing what i'm like & who i'm liking
arousing engaging, prepositional phrasing
while i hide my hyphens
in places, on wheel of fortune, to reveal you're gorgeous
& more cause, you're just, turning heads like contortionists
sure, yes; i'm objectifying, admiring your butt & your breast
while you're allowing me; with or without commonalities
overpowering praises & accolades, ensue more than hourly
for you to seduce, then devour me
now we're we... you; so you're clear, on where comfort is
oddly compared to where suffering lives
to assure balance is balancing
we absorb silence when silencing, indiscretions & doubts
assumptions gives way to, say you, are with me, or without
nonetheless, my thumb's under your dress, then in your mouth
see how my hand, sneaks around
see how candor, freaks you out
see how a man, seeks you out
in poems that makes my indifference different
the differences are significant
like sounds that completes a vowel
& makes you howl while you're listening
to adjectives that proceed your nouns
like, impressive woman & flygirl, leads your smile
like, she likes that he’s endowed; proving she's my girl's
the reason she's allowed, to see that he's a wow
inviting, green lighting, her plighting pleads of please & now
sometimes y
